What are bank transfers

The Tranza platform allows businesses to accept online payments in different ways: not only by bank cards, but also through alternative payment methods. The system acts as a single center for transaction processing and reporting.

What this gives merchants:

  • Simplified integration: it is enough to connect to the Tranza API — there is no need to integrate separately with each payment service provider.
  • Support convenience: all payment, integration, and technical setup issues are resolved through a single point of contact, regardless of the payment method or payment brand.
  • Centralized management: in a single dashboard, you can track and manage all payments and generate the necessary reports.

Bank transfer (Procedure for online payment via the Tranza platform)

The payment process consists of the following steps:

1. On the merchant’s website, the customer initiates the payment procedure and selects the preferred bank or payment system.

2. The merchant sends a payment request to the Tranza system. The request must specify:

  • the identifier (ID) of the selected bank (the current list of IDs is provided by your account manager);
  • a set of additional parameters determined by the customer’s country.

3. The Tranza system processes the request and returns two payment links to the merchant:

  • a link to display the QR code;
  • a direct link to the payment page.

4. The merchant integrates the received elements into the website interface and gives the customer the option to:

  • scan the QR code from the device screen;
  • follow the direct link to make the payment.

5. The customer completes the payment using one of the available methods.

6. After the operation is completed, the Tranza system:

  • automatically notifies the merchant of the current payment status;
  • allows the merchant to request the transaction status on demand.

7. The merchant displays the final payment status to the customer (successful, declined, processing, etc.).
