2. Open a payout account. This is a special account from which funds for transfers will be debited.

3. Fund the account. Deposit the required amount regularly so you always have funds available for payouts.

4. Send a payout instruction. Through your service, submit a transfer command specifying the recipient’s card token or cryptogram.
